(1) Respond to inquiries and quotes; (2) execute and perform service contracts; (3) send project updates; (4) improve site quality; (5) legal compliance.
3. Retention & Region
We retain personal data from collection until 5 years after the project ends. Data is used at locations of service partners (including Taiwan-based cloud providers).
4. Third-Party Disclosure
We use your data only for the purposes above and never sell, rent or exchange it with third parties — except (a) with your written consent; (b) when required by law; (c) when necessary for contract performance (e.g. external DPs, subtitle vendors, all under NDA).
